Refund, Exchange and Return Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, feminine hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, unless they are:

- Damaged during delivery

- Defective

- Incorrect items received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Please include:

- Order number

- Photographs of the products

- Description of the issue

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
